Replacement Cost Auto

The purchase of a new vehicle is an exciting but substantial expense. Protect your new auto with superior insurance coverage by purchasing an innovative product from the Cincinnati Insurance Company. Replacement cost coverage pays the amount necessary to replace your new vehicle with a new vehicle of the same make, model and equipment when a covered total loss occurs (other than fire, theft or vandalism).

Under a standard auto policy, if a total loss occurs to your new vehicle, you receive its depreciated value at the time of the loss - known in the insurance industry as the actual cash value. However, this sum may not be enough to purchase a new replacement vehicle of the same make, model and equipment.

If you are considering the purchase of a new vehicle with no more than 1,000 miles on the odometer, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date.
