RE: Phone
Calls Requesting Payments
Allied was recently notified that several
of their customers had received a phone call from an individual
claiming to represent Allied Insurance. This individual advised
the customer that their payment was past due and inquired if the
customer would like to pay their bill by credit card or with a check
over the phone.

AGENCY NOTE: If your payment
is is nearing past due status or recently has become past due, it is the
procedure of our agency to notify our clients by letter and by a
reminder telephone call. If it is convenient for you, the option
of paying by credit card or check by phone is always an option, or if
you feel more comfortable doing so, you may link to your billing account
