Steve Banyas is the President of McCune and Reed Inc., and also is a Farm, Crop, and Commercial Accounts Producer. Steve joined McCune and Reed Insurance in July 1973, after working with John Morrell & Company in the Sales Department and the purchasing of hogs.
Steve has served on several community boards and currently serves on the Boards of Regional Retirement Living, Inc. (the owners of Pennsylvania Place), TENCO Industries, and Ottumwa Economic Development Corporation (OEDC).
Steve also serves as a committee member of the Rural and Small Town Agents Committee for the Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa.
